Inside of our well-equipped department we fully work on the construction
of dies and equipments from the mechanic design developed and performed
thanks to the help of modern CAD-CAM computer systems, scrupulously selecting
the most suitable steels to use and evaluating the need to perform specific
treatments or coatings to be carried out on the cutting parts in order
to prolong their life reaching a
high productivity
. No less important is
the assembly phase, obtained by expert operators who manually finish and
assemble the various
mechanical parts
until the equipment is obtained,
ready to be put into operation by a final setup test during which,
if required, it can be provided a possible sampling.
